Height Reductions and Foam Sculpting

Foam Sculpting of Custom seats:-

  This allows for a  seat shape to be created to suit the shape of any custom made bike or trike etc. It can be difficult to get the shape of the seat right if you try to do this by following the form of the base or frame of the machine. 

But by building up the shape in foam, I can allow for contours and I can follow the lines of the bike, this should provide for a far more pleasing effect overall. With the use of foam sculpting and then careful use of colour or texture when constructing the covering many stunning designs can be created.

Foam sculpting of Standard Seats:-

  Most standard bike seats can be lowered or reshaped depending on the original design.

A good example of this is the Suzuki Bandit (all years). These seats can be quiet high for some riders (even with the new models height ajustment) and this is often made worse by the addition of jack up kits.

By removing some of the foam from the seat I can lower the seat height considerably, allowing for the enhanced looks and comfort.  Some seats can also be trouble for pillion passengers as the rear  seat falls forward making the passenger slip into the rider, this in turn can push the rider into the tank (not comfy ever had the numb nuts syndrome??.) By re-shaping the seat foam the passenger will sit further back into the seat and will be less likley to slip forward.
