Classic re-covers and re-builds

Classic bike seats manufactured using Classic style materials to make them look as original as possible, including skirts /coloured pipings in leatherette and replica stitched in patterns .

Foam fillings can be constructed from dunlopillow perforated rubber just as seats where made in the haydays of BSA, TRIUMPH, NORTON etc.
Also sprung saddles can be re-covered, hand stitched with leather covers using felt and hair fillings 

Using classic materials will retain the character of the older machine. .

The seat above is from a 1979 Suzuki GT185E. It has been fully rebuilt including the steel base. The original seat had almost rotted away and was good only as a pattern. Using the ghost image of the base in the seat rubber, it was possible to rebuild the base to the original shape and then to build up the final seat shape. then covered to customer spec.

 This goes to show that no matter how bad you think your original seat is, it can be re-built.
